The staff from the moment I entered the hospital were friendly and helpful. From the reception desk, the gentleman who showed me to my room, the catering lady and the nurses who looked after me both before and after my operation I felt nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend this hospital

I am not one to write a review however I really felt I needed to. I have a phobia of hospitals and doctors and today I was at BMI Blackheath Hospital for an upper GI endoscopy and Colonoscopy. Firstly the three nurses looking after me: Claire, Mary and another I didn’t catch were so welcoming made me feel at ease the whole time and were so kind and caring. My dr Helen Fidler who is also so lovely and made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. I woke up to a lovely meal with dessert and a hot drink and cold drink. I can’t thank you all enough for helping me when I am so scared of hospitals usually! Thanks again!!

Very good hospital. Had two operations here plus physiotherapy sessions too and all has been excellent.
My son had surgery here too a few years ago and all went very well.
I'm very happy with it all.

From the start to the finish my experience could not have been better
